Guided by Vicki and Naomi, both qualified mental health professionals, this immersive evening moves you through breathwork, somatic movement, reflection, and contrast therapy, sauna and ice, using evidence-informed practices designed for emotional awareness and release.

No performance. No pressure. Just a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and process what's been sitting with you.

What to expect:
Guided breathwork, gentle movement, somatic practices, reflection and grounding, sauna and ice contrast therapy.

What to bring:
Swimmers, a towel, a blanket, and a drink bottle. Refreshments provided.
