We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Operations Superstar Manager to join our wellness studio on a permanent part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about ensuring the smooth operation of our studio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges swiftly.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure the studio is always in top condition.
• Support the studio manager in daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the studio is always welcoming for clients.
• Navigate and adapt to ongoing operational changes.
• Provide hands-on support to the team when needed.
• Be a quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Available to work on weekends.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to get hands dirty.
• Team player with a flexible attitude.
• Previous experience in operations or a similar role is a plus.
