Marketing & E-Commerce Sales Coordinator / PA
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing & Sales Coordinator / PA (Part-Time) to support our growing e-commerce business and work closely with the founders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, is eager to learn, and thrives in a diverse, fast-paced environment. You will combine commercial sales outreach, content creation, marketing, and founder support to ensure the smooth operation and growth of our e-commerce and sauna sales. Working three days per week, you’ll play a key role in driving marketing initiatives, B2B partnerships, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct commercial and B2B sales outreach to partners, studios, and potential collaborators
- Assist in filming, photography, and content creation for social media, email campaigns, and promotions
- Manage email marketing automation and campaigns, including Klaviyo or other systems
- Oversee email inbox management and correspondence
- Provide founder support, assisting with daily needs, emails, scheduling, and prioritisation
- Support with setting up sales funnels and other marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the team to ensure marketing campaigns, events, and sales initiatives run smoothly
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience in B2B sales and commercial outreach
- Strong content creation, social media, and marketing skills
- Experience with email marketing automation (Klaviyo or similar)
- Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable providing founder-level support
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats
- Familiarity with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and sales funnels is a plus
- General willingness to learn and try new things, with a proactive, can-do attitude
Working Arrangement
- Part-time, 3 days per week
- Flexible schedule, working closely with the founders and marketing team
- Location: Byron Bay in-office role
