How-To Use Your Sauna Blanket

Step 1.
Get into comfortable loose clothing, preferably long sleeved pants & top with socks. If you'd prefer to go nude we recommend adding a sauna blanket insert to your cart.

Step 2.
Remove the sauna blanket from the carry bag and lie onto a flat heat resistant surface such as a rug or yoga mat. Unzip and place the towel insert or towel on the inner of the blanket.

Step 3.
Pre heat for around 5 minutes and adjust the temperature to your desired level. Zip yourself in and reap the therapeutic benefits for the next 45-50 minutes.

Step 4.
It's time to cool down. Unzip yourself and remove the towel inserts; wipe the inner blanket down with a cloth and water. It's time to rinse off under a cool shower.
