Refund policy
If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details and photos within 7 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please contact our customer care team at hello@nimbusco.com.au and include your order confirmation number in the subject line. Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used. Nimbus Wellness does not take responsibility for the costs of returning the products.
Please kindly note we don't offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Late Deliveries
We understand receiving your order on time and in perfect condition is important to our community. We do absolutely everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in perfect condition.
