Our spacious communal contrast therapy room features a custom-designed Finnish sauna, two ice baths, and a pail shower, offering the perfect setting for recovery and rejuvenation.
Each session lasts up to 45 minutes and can be booked individually. Please note, this is a communal space.
We provide a complimentary towel for each guest, along with access to a water station to keep you refreshed throughout your session.
