Neil will bring all guests through guided box breathing, physiological sigh, plus some functional breathing, "super ventilation," in order to create deep relaxation, balance energy, and enhance mental and physical health.

This will be followed by a tutorial on 'how to ice bath', along with the science behind why we should ice bath, how often, and for how long.

Attending this event will supercharge and kick off your weekend with some high vibrational energy.

The Science Behind Breathwork

Breathwork taps into the powerful connection between the breath and the nervous system. Scientifically, controlled breathing techniques can shift the body from a sympathetic "fight-or-flight" state into a parasympathetic "rest-and-digest" mode, reducing stress and promoting calm. Studies show that slow, deep breathing—especially with extended exhales—can lower cortisol levels, regulate heart rate variability (HRV), and improve emotional regulation. Techniques like box breathing, diaphragmatic breathing, or alternate nostril breathing influence the vagus nerve, which plays a key role in calming the brain and body. In essence, breathwork offers a direct, drug-free way to influence mood, focus, and physiological resilience.
