Consistency is key ~ my must-haves

I've become obsessed with my skincare regime over the past few years. Like most men, I was late to the game, but when the biological clock starts ticking, it's enough to kick you into gear. These last few years in particular have helped me hone in on what works for me, what's easy for me to have in my schedule, and what I can maintain when on the go. If you travel a lot, keeping up good habits is hard.

Gifting yourself is hard enough, never mind gifting for someone else. It's always tricky to find that certain thing for someone, even if it is a husband, partner, or close family member. Here are my go-to favourites that usually hit the mark when it comes to perfect gifts for loved ones, and I back them because I've tried and tested them myself.

DAILY SUPPLY

If the person you're buying for is a daily user, include the Foile Milky Emulsion Cleanser and Skin Sponge Serum. I use them post-shower myself, and their natural ingredients mean you don't have to worry about skin types or choosing the wrong product.

I also love our Nimbus Wellness Face Oil and Body Oil again for post-shower nourishment (applied after the Foile cleanser but before the serum). If you sauna regularly, exercise a lot, and travel, it will help maintain deep hydration all year round.

Other skincare essentials I reach for regularly include the Sheisido Cleanser (great for use in the shower, but I only use this once a week) and the Ikkari Purifying Mist Toner (best applied after cleansing, and yours to love in our Bondi studio now). I let that dry in before I start my face oil, serum and moisturiser application.

DAILY FAVOURITES

I'm a big fan of supporting small Aussie businesses, especially being one. Milla Milla has gender-neutral fragrances and is a no-brainer for me. I especially love wearing the NOWHERE scent most days. I always have more than two or three scent options on the go at any one time. A must, in my opinion, so I can change it up according to my mood or occasion. A recent discovery that I love is by Barrel and Oak - Mountain Sage - a masculine natural option with light woody tones.

Pegpaste is the natural toothpaste of choice in our home, as are the Wildhood natural deodorants, both available from our Bondi studio alongside the Milla Milla perfume range.

SUPPLEMENTS

I can't go past the Beauty Chef Collagen Chewable Plumpers as they're a super easy way to incorporate collagen into my daily intake.
