In 2019, Cass founded Melt to explore how to live with more energy, vitality, love, and joy. Since the age of 18, her journey has focused on the integration of mind, body, and spirit. Cass recognises the profound impact that stress, diet, and pain have on overall well-being, aiming to improve quality of life and self-awareness. Melt offers tools and guidance for navigating life transitions with compassion for the mental, physical, emotional, and relational challenges we face. Growing up on a farm, it taught Cass about the creative process and cycles of life. Through planting seeds, caring for animals and physical labour her appreciate for Australian agriculture remains strong. She respects the salt of the earth, hard working, humanitarian service lead people and businesses she crosses paths with that inspire her to life by the mantra "Try to be a little better than you were yesterday."

She has been working professionally in this space for 9 years, working 1:1 with clients, offering workshops & live channelling events and retreats in Sydney, to India and France. As a channel, spiritual mentor and space holder, Charlotte loves her work whether it's connecting to a loved one who's passed, playing with the angels or guidance from your spirit team all whilst conducting energetic healing for a client.
KC Spirit is a multifaceted service offering psychic guidance, connection to spirit including loved ones, angels and Divine guides with energetic healing channelled throughout a session. There's a 12 month waitlist for 1:1 readings with Charlotte, with VIP & Urgent higher priced sessions available sooner. Her journey into massage began as a former sprinter, where she learned the importance of recovery for injury prevention. This led her to study both nutrition and massage. Hannah combines a science backed approach with a holistic outlook on self-care. She blends a range of myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and facial massage, with a deep understanding of the body's needs after physical exertion. Her personalised treatments are designed to relieve stress, improve movement, and restore balance to the body.
Hannah strongly advocates for a balanced, healthy lifestyle. She believes that how we feel directly impacts how we look, move, and perform. Her holistic approach not only addresses the body’s physical needs but also overall well-being.

I have loved being a part of the Bronte/Tamarama/Bondi Beach community after growing up in the wildness of north-west New South Wales and travelling overseas.
Life has taught me that there is always something new to learn or experience and the foundation of the enjoyment of my life has been maintaining my physical, emotional and mental health to the best of my ability for as long as I can. Maintaining my health through self-care and by giving care to those in my life I keep the fun and enjoyment in my life. Â It also supports me in being able to deal with those times where confidence, strength and care are required for my growth without my health suffering. Â I think this balancing act is one we all share.
Being an active person with a very enquiring mind I have studied over the last 20 years many science-based and spiritual practices to offer a variety of treatments that support maintenance and facilitate better health. My work as a health facilitator has allowed me to meet thousands of people and I am very grateful to share these treatments with you and be a part of the Nimbus team.
