Elle has been part of the creative industry for 25 years. Working as a choreographer and dance teacher before studying a BA Arts Management at WAAPA, she then worked at Bangarra Dance Theatre Australia, Anthropologie (URBN Group), Justin Van Breda London, CUFA, St. Agni, and Sprung!! Integrated Dance Theatre. Elle is also a teacher at Peaches Pilates in Byron Bay.
